Shipping Origin
Most orders placed on this store are dispatched from our Global (Asia) Warehouse.
Because of this, delivery times include international transit and customs processing before final delivery within Canada.

- Canadian territories: 7–15 business days

Shipping Rates

Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Import Duties, Taxes & Fees
All orders shipped from ecotanka to Canadian destinations are delivered without additional import charges at delivery.
Any applicable import duties, customs clearance fees, or taxes are included in the final price shown at checkout. You will not be asked to pay extra fees upon delivery.
Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery
If no one is available to receive your package, the courier may:
- Leave the parcel in a safe location (where permitted)
- Attempt re-delivery
- Hold the parcel at a local depot for collection
Please follow the instructions provided by the courier.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect:
- We will contact you to arrange re-delivery
- Additional shipping charges may apply
